Introduction: Advanced logging is essential for monitoring and troubleshooting data flows between on-premises SAP systems and Azure Logic Apps. Enabling detailed logs helps you gain insights into operations and quickly identify any issues.
- Locate the Microsoft.PowerBI.EnterpriseGateway.exe.config file under C:\Program Files\On-premises data gateway\
- Backup the original file (file Microsoft.PowerBI.EnterpriseGateway.exe.config)
- Add or verify the following elements (yellow highlighted) exist in the file.

- Go into the OPDG GUI and make sure the user is logged in.
- Navigate to the Service Settings tab and select Restart now button.
- New logs should show up under C:\sap\nco_trace_logs with any new RFC call.
Once you apply the above, and you still see the RFC_NO_AUTHORITY in SAP server, please share with us the logs created under C:\sap\nco_trace_logs
Once done with trace and logs, make sure to roll back to original trace file and restart service again to stop logging.
